Lake Descoberto
The reservoir's many inlets reach into the surrounding valleys and create an irregular shoreline. It is the largest shape on the map and sits close to the edge of town.

Brazlândia Map Poster & Print
Brazlândia lies in the northwest of the Federal District, far from the monumental plan of Brasília. It is one of the district's oldest settlements, and its history goes back to before the capital was built. On a map it looks like a compact town, not a planned satellite city, with a modest grid surrounded by open farmland.
Right next to the town is Lake Descoberto, a reservoir whose branching shoreline follows the valleys around it. The water supplies a large part of the Federal District. The countryside around Brazlândia is known for growing strawberries, and the town holds a strawberry festival that has become a regional tradition.
A Brazlândia map poster puts the town in its landscape: a small, dense block of streets beside a large, irregular body of water, with farm tracks leading into the cerrado. The contrast between the town and the lake's shape gives the poster a clear balance.

Compact town grid
Brazlândia's streets form a tight, regular pattern. It is small enough to see as one whole, clearly separate from the fields and open land around it.
Farmland roads
Rural roads leave the town in many directions and cross farming areas where strawberries and vegetables are grown. They give the outer parts of the poster a sparse, branching texture.

ለምን Brazlândia
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
People from Brazlândia often talk about the town as distinct from the rest of the Federal District, with its own age, farms and lake. A map on the wall keeps that separate identity in view.
