Casanay Map Poster & Print
Casanay is a town in Sucre state, in the north-east of Venezuela, and the seat of Andrés Eloy Blanco municipality. It lies inland from the Caribbean coast on the main road that runs east from Cariaco toward Carúpano and the Paria Peninsula, in a landscape of low hills, farmland and tropical vegetation.
From above, the town is organised around that main road, with a compact grid of streets on either side and houses giving way quickly to cultivated land. A Casanay map poster shows this linear form clearly. A dense band of blocks lines the highway, side streets reach toward the surrounding slopes, and rural lanes wind out to nearby villages.
Sucre is one of the oldest settled regions of Venezuela, and trade in cacao, fruit and fish has long linked the towns along this stretch of coast. The map of Casanay has none of the drama of a big city. Its appeal lies in its clear, modest shape and the way it sits in the surrounding countryside.

Compact grid
Short streets and small blocks cluster on either side of the main road, creating a concentrated core of fine detail at the centre of the print.
Rural surroundings
Beyond the last houses, lanes and tracks wander through hills and farmland, leaving generous open space that frames the town and emphasises its modest scale.

ለምን Casanay
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
Many Venezuelans now live far from their home towns, and a map of Casanay is a quiet, personal way to keep that connection. It records the streets as they are, without sentimentality, which makes it more meaningful to those who know them.
Set the title and subtitle yourself, perhaps with a family name or a date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters come from print partners in more than 30 countries, so they can often be printed closer to where you live.
