Historic centre
The old core is a close-knit mesh of irregular streets and piazzas, visibly different from the straighter, later blocks that surround it.

Castelvetrano Map Poster & Print
Castelvetrano is in the province of Trapani in western Sicily, on a low rise above the plain that runs down to the Mediterranean. The historic centre is a compact tangle of streets and small squares, while newer quarters spread out in straighter blocks around it. Beyond the town, the map is filled with the fine lines of rural roads crossing olive groves and vineyards.
To the south the land slopes gently toward the coast at Marinella di Selinunte, where the archaeological park of Selinunte lies within the municipality. The ruins of the ancient Greek city and its temples sit on the shore, and the resort streets of Marinella form a small separate grid beside them.
The town gives its name to the Castelvetrano olive, a bright green table olive of the Nocellara del Belice variety, and the local museum holds the bronze Ephebe of Selinunte. A Castelvetrano map poster links an inland Sicilian town to the coastline and the Greek past just to its south.

Olive-grove countryside
Rural lanes run across the farmland between town and sea, giving the edges of the print a delicate, even texture.
Selinunte coast
To the south the land meets the sea near the ancient site of Selinunte, where the shoreline adds a firm edge to a wider composition.

ለምን Castelvetrano
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
A map of Castelvetrano will mean something to families with Sicilian roots, to visitors who stayed near Selinunte and to people who care where their olives come from. The mix of old core and farmland gives it texture.
You can add a family name, a year of emigration or a trip date to the title and subtitle, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand suits the warm Sicilian landscape.
