Catabola Map Poster & Print
Catabola lies in Bié province on Angola's central plateau, a high, gently rolling landscape of grassland, woodland and river valleys. On a map the town is a modest cluster of streets where local roads converge, surrounded by open land with few other lines.
The street pattern is small and simple, with a central area of blocks and lanes spreading out to the edges. Around it, watercourses wind through shallow valleys, and roads lead off towards other towns in the province.
A Catabola map poster offers a calm and uncluttered composition, with space around the town giving each line room. It is a meaningful piece for people from Bié and for those who have lived or worked on the Angolan highlands.
