The town centre is a clear pattern of blocks and streets, small enough to read as a single shape and detailed enough to reward a close look.

Condeúba Map Poster & Print
Condeúba lies in the southwest of Bahia, on the upland sertão close to the border with Minas Gerais. It is a small town serving a large rural municipality. On the map it appears as a compact grid of streets in open country, among pastures, scrub, small farms and unpaved roads that lead to neighbouring communities and districts.
The region is semi-arid, with rain concentrated in a short wet season, and the countryside shows it in seasonal streams, small reservoirs and ponds, and farmland arranged around access to water. Cattle raising and family farming have long supported the local economy, and the roads radiating from the town show how widely the rural population is spread.
A Condeúba map poster brings out the relationship between a small urban core and the wide territory around it. The central streets form a dense, legible pattern, while rural roads spread in thin lines across the paper, leaving plenty of space in the composition. It suits families from Condeúba, whether they still live there or have moved to Vitória da Conquista, Salvador or São Paulo.

Radiating rural roads
Dirt and paved roads leave the town in several directions, linking farms, villages and neighbouring municipalities in a loose web across the sertão.
Water in the landscape
Seasonal streams and small reservoirs are scattered around the municipality, the marks of a semi-arid region where storing rainwater has always mattered.
