Long village streets
Streets run straight for long stretches, lined with houses and garden plots. From above they read as a set of evenly spaced lines, which makes the town easy to recognise.

Donskoye Map Poster & Print
Donskoye lies on the open plains of Stavropol Krai in southern Russia. The land here is mostly cultivated steppe, and from above the settlement looks like a patch of long parallel streets set into a much larger pattern of fields. Houses line the roads with deep plots behind them, a layout typical of the large villages of the region.
Donskoye is the administrative centre of its district. That gives it a small core of public buildings and a few roads that run out toward neighbouring villages and the regional capital, Stavropol. On the map these roads branch off at wide angles and head across the farmland.
A Donskoye map poster keeps the drawing simple and spacious. The street lines are regular, the blocks are long, and the white space around them stands for the steppe. The result is calm and rural, a clear portrait of a place defined as much by its surroundings as by its streets.

District centre
As the seat of its district, Donskoye has a slightly denser core where the main roads meet. On the poster this shows as a knot of lines among the long rural streets.
Roads across the steppe
Roads leave town in several directions toward neighbouring settlements and Stavropol. Their straight courses through open farmland give the poster its sense of distance.

ለምን Donskoye
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
A map of Donskoye makes sense for anyone who grew up there, keeps family ties to the place, or simply likes the look of a steppe village from above. Add the name in the title, a year or the family's street in the subtitle, and keep or edit the coordinates line.
The five styles change the mood without changing the map. Classic black & white and Noir are graphic, Paper and Sand are softer, and Blueprint looks like a technical plan. A free 900 px preview lets you check the result before buying the $9 HD files or ordering a matte print.
