Draper Map Poster & Print
Draper sits at the southern end of the Salt Lake Valley, where the valley narrows at the Point of the Mountain before opening again into Utah Valley. Interstate 15 passes through this gap, and the ridge above it is known for paragliding and hang gliding. To the east, the city climbs into the foothills of the Wasatch Range, including the trail network of Corner Canyon.
On a map, Draper combines a flatter valley floor, with larger roads and commercial areas near the interstate, and residential streets that curve up into the hills. The former Utah State Prison site near the Point of the Mountain has been redeveloped, adding a new district to the western side. Wide cul-de-sac patterns reflect the city’s recent growth.
A Draper map poster shows how geography shapes a modern suburb. The interstate cuts a firm line through the valley, newer neighbourhoods form loops on the slopes, and the edges of the city fade into mountain terrain. It is a clean, balanced composition for anyone who has lived beneath the Wasatch or hiked its trails.

Corner Canyon foothills
East of the city, streets thin out and give way to trails and foothill terrain, leaving an open, quiet edge on the poster.
Curving subdivisions
Residential areas use looping streets and cul-de-sacs, creating soft, rounded patterns that contrast with the straight lines of the interstate.
