Ebina Map Poster & Print
Ebina lies in the centre of Kanagawa Prefecture, on the flat plain along the east bank of the Sagami River. From above, its shape is set by two strong lines. One is the broad river along the west side, and the other is the knot of railway lines that meets at Ebina Station. Residential streets, rice fields and newer developments fill the land between them in a patchwork of different grids.
Ebina is a transport hub. The Odakyū, Sōtetsu and JR Sagami lines all meet here, and the area around the station has been rebuilt with shopping streets and new housing. The city also has deep roots: it holds the remains of Sagami Kokubun-ji, the provincial temple established in the eighth century, whose excavated site is preserved as open parkland.
An Ebina map poster shows a city organised around movement. Rail lines converge in the centre, and the river's wide course runs down one side. Smaller, older lanes survive between newer rectilinear blocks. It makes a detailed, balanced composition in which the water and the tracks both act as clear structural lines across the page.

Sagami River
The wide Sagami River runs along the western edge of the city. Its broad, braided channel forms a clean natural border on the poster.
Kokubun-ji site
The site of the ancient provincial temple is preserved as open ground in the middle of residential streets. It is a small, quiet space with a long history.

ለምን Ebina
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
Ebina is a place people commute from, return to and raise families in. A map of its rail lines and river is a precise reminder of daily routes and the station where so many journeys start and end.
Set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, such as a neighbourhood or a moving date, and choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Noir makes the railway lines especially sharp.
