The Drac
The river runs along the western edge in a straight, managed channel, giving the map a strong boundary and a calm band of water beside the streets.

Échirolles Map Poster & Print
Échirolles sits directly south of Grenoble, on the flat floor of the valley where the Drac and Isère meet among the Alps. The land is almost perfectly level, so the street plan spreads out freely, and the mountains that surround it appear only as the edges of the map. The Drac marks the western side with a firm, straight line.
The town grew quickly in the second half of the twentieth century. Its neighbourhoods show several eras of planning, including the large modernist housing of the Villeneuve, which it shares with Grenoble. The Rocade Sud, the southern ring road, runs across the map in a broad curve and divides the town into northern and southern parts.
An Échirolles map poster shows a suburban layout that is more varied than it looks at street level: long avenues, curved housing estates, industrial blocks and parks, all on the level plain. Printed in black and white, those different patterns sit side by side and are easy to read.

Rocade Sud
The southern ring road sweeps across the town with interchanges and slip roads, one of the most graphic lines on the poster.
Villeneuve estates
Large curved and angular housing blocks set in open green space form a distinctive modernist pattern, clearly different from the older street grid nearby.

ለምን Échirolles
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
The poster suits people who grew up, studied or settled in the Grenoble area and know Échirolles as its own place rather than just a suburb. It works well in modern interiors where clean lines matter.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be changed, to mark a first flat, a neighbourhood or a year. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
