Gaoliu Map Poster & Print
Gaoliu is in northern Jiangsu, on the wide, flat plain that stretches across this part of eastern China. From above, the landscape is shaped by agriculture and water management. There are rectangular fields, straight roads and drainage channels, with compact villages scattered at regular intervals across the land.
The town itself is a denser cluster of streets within this pattern. It serves as a local centre for the surrounding countryside and is linked by road to the larger cities of the region. Much of northern Jiangsu is lowland farmland shaped by generations of canal and ditch digging, and Gaoliu belongs to that tradition.
A Gaoliu map poster turns this orderly landscape into a crisp graphic pattern. Straight lines run in two directions, fields are marked with fine lines, and village blocks and the town core appear as darker nodes. It is a quiet, almost abstract map with a strong rhythm of its own.

Drainage channels
Narrow ditches and channels run alongside roads and fields. They show how water is carefully managed on this low, level land.
Village clusters
Compact settlements appear at intervals across the countryside, forming small dark knots that balance the town core in the centre.
