Casamance River country
The town lies in the lowlands of the Casamance River basin, where channels and wetland edges cut the land into irregular shapes that read clearly in a monochrome print.

Goudomp Map Poster & Print
Goudomp sits in the Sédhiou region of southern Senegal, in the green country of the Casamance. From above, the town is a loose cluster of compounds and unpaved lanes that thins out quickly into fields, palms and the water-cut ground of the lowlands. It is the seat of a department of the same name, and the roads leading out of town tie it to the surrounding villages.
The wider landscape does most of the drawing. The Casamance River and its side channels run through this part of the region, and the flat ground around them is patterned with paddies and mangrove edges. On a black-and-white print, those irregular water lines set off the compact town, giving the sheet a quiet, organic feel rather than a rigid grid.
A Goudomp map poster suits someone with roots in Casamance, or anyone who has travelled the southern roads toward Guinea-Bissau and wants a record of the place. We keep the composition simple: streets in fine lines, water in solid tone and generous margins, so the town sits calmly in the frame. The result is a sparse, honest portrait of a small West African town.

Compact town core
Streets gather into a small, dense centre of compounds and lanes, then loosen quickly into open ground, so the built area sits as a distinct island on the page.
Near the border
Goudomp is close to the frontier with Guinea-Bissau, and the roads leaving town run out through farmland toward the rural villages of southern Casamance.
