Hattersheim Map Poster & Print
Hattersheim am Main lies in the Rhine-Main area, west of Frankfurt and a short distance from Wiesbaden and Mainz. The town combines three quite separate parts: the core of Hattersheim to the north and the riverside districts of Okriftel and Eddersheim to the south, where the land slopes down to the Main.
On a map the river forms the southern edge. At Eddersheim a lock and weir cross the Main, a clear straight structure on the water. The Schwarzbach stream runs through the town toward the river, followed by a strip of green. To the north, the S-Bahn line to Frankfurt and nearby motorways cut across the landscape.
Between the districts lie fields, allotments and small woods, so the settlements stay distinct. A Hattersheim map poster shows this layout clearly: three villages grown into one town, held together by roads and separated by open land.

Three districts
Hattersheim, Okriftel and Eddersheim appear as separate clusters of streets with fields between them. The pattern shows how the town was assembled from older villages.
The Schwarzbach
This small stream flows through the town toward the Main, lined with green space. It forms a soft north–south link between the districts.
