Kasambya is a town in Uganda's Central Region, in the rolling countryside west of Kampala. On a map it is a small cluster of streets and buildings where several roads meet, surrounded by farmland and scattered homes. The terrain is gently hilly, and roads curve with it rather than running in straight lines.
The surrounding landscape is agricultural, and from above that shows as a pattern of tracks and footpaths connecting homesteads and fields. The town centre, with its trading area along the main road, forms the only dense part of the map.
