Langsa Map Poster & Print
Langsa lies on the east coast of Aceh province in northern Sumatra, facing the Strait of Malacca. It is a compact city: a modest grid of streets along the main road between Banda Aceh and Medan, with neighbourhoods thinning out into plantations, fields and low, wet land toward the coast.
The coastline around Langsa is not a clean line but a maze of tidal channels, fish ponds and mangrove forest. The city has protected part of this landscape as a mangrove park near its small port at Kuala Langsa, and those winding waterways give the map an unusually organic edge for a place of its size.
A Langsa map poster balances a small, orderly centre against the intricate natural pattern of the coast. In black and white the creeks look almost like branching roots, which suits the mangroves they run through. It is an understated piece for people from eastern Aceh who want the specific shape of their town on the wall.

Main coastal road
The road linking Banda Aceh and Medan runs through the city, giving the map a strong axis around which the central streets are arranged.
Kuala Langsa
The small harbour area toward the coast, reached across low, wet land, marks the point where the city finally meets the open water of the strait.

ለምን Langsa
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
A map of Langsa is a personal choice rather than a tourist one. It tends to be ordered by people who grew up there or have family in eastern Aceh, and who want a precise, unfussy record of the streets and waterways they know.
You can write your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family name and a year, and keep or edit the coordinates. Choose one of five styles, from Classic black & white and Noir to Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and download the HD files for $9 or order a printed copy.
