Cul-de-sac neighbourhoods
Residential streets curve and end in rounded loops, one after another. They create a distinctive organic texture that fills much of the township.

Marlboro Map Poster & Print
Marlboro is a township in Monmouth County, central New Jersey, about an hour from Manhattan. For much of its history it was farmland, and the older country roads still cross the township in long, gently curving lines. Between them, later subdivisions fill the land with the looping streets and cul-de-sacs typical of American suburban planning, broken up by parks, schools and patches of woodland.
US Route 9 runs through the western part of the township and serves as its main commercial corridor. Most residential neighbourhoods sit back from the highway, around quiet streets that rarely connect in a straight line. The result is a map with very little grid and a great deal of curve.
A Marlboro map poster turns that suburban pattern into something unexpectedly graphic. Cul-de-sacs look like small branching loops, old farm roads read as long strokes, and parks and preserves leave calm white space. It is a fitting piece for a family home, a first house, or someone who grew up here and moved away.

Route 9 corridor
The state highway crosses the western side of Marlboro, lined with shopping centres and businesses. On the poster it is a firm north–south line.
Farm roads and open land
Older rural roads cross the township in long lines between parks, fields and wooded areas. They are traces of Marlboro's agricultural past.
