Radunia waterways
The Radunia river and its historic canal cross the town as two slim parallel lines, giving the map a pair of soft curves through the grid.

Pruszcz Gdański Map Poster & Print
Pruszcz Gdański lies immediately south of Gdańsk, on the edge of the flat Vistula delta lowlands. From above it is a compact town of residential estates and older streets, crossed by the Radunia river and the Radunia Canal, with major roads and a railway line running along its edges toward the city to the north.
The area has a long past connected to the amber trade. Archaeological finds from the Roman period are presented at Faktoria, a reconstructed trading settlement in the town that recalls the route along which Baltic amber travelled south. The present town, by contrast, has grown quickly as a residential suburb of the Tricity.
A Pruszcz Gdański map poster shows that dual character clearly: the thin, winding lines of water, the tighter older core, and the broad arcs of expressways and interchanges that tie the town into the Gdańsk metropolitan area. It is a detailed, balanced plan that works well at every print size.

Expressway edges
Large interchanges and multi-lane roads frame the town, their looping ramps forming some of the most graphic shapes on the page.
Delta lowland
East of town the land flattens into the drained fields of the Vistula delta, where straight ditches and roads create a regular pattern.
