Puebla Map Poster & Print
This Puebla lies in the Mexicali Valley of Baja California, a short distance from the city of Mexicali and the US border. It should not be confused with the much larger city of Puebla in central Mexico. From above, the town is a compact grid of streets surrounded by a vast pattern of rectangular fields, divided by straight irrigation canals and farm roads.
The Mexicali Valley is a desert basin made fertile by water from the Colorado River, and irrigation has shaped almost every line on the map. Crops such as wheat, cotton and vegetables are grown in large fields, and small towns like Puebla serve the farms around them. The heat is intense, and the land is flat to the horizon.
A Puebla map poster turns the geometry of an irrigated valley into a composition: a small grid at the centre, canals and roads crossing at right angles, and fields repeating in every direction. It is a striking, orderly print and a meaningful one for families who have worked this land or crossed the border nearby.

Compact town

ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
For families in the Mexicali Valley and for those who have moved north or south of the border, a map of this Puebla is a precise memory of home and of the land that supports it.
Title it with a family name or a year, add a subtitle and keep the coordinates line. Sand and Paper suit the desert valley, and Classic black & white, Noir and Blueprint make the canal grid especially clear.
