Rubiataba Map Poster & Print
Rubiataba is a municipality in the state of Goiás, in central Brazil. Like many towns in the region, it has a regular layout. From above, the urban area is a grid of rectangular blocks with straight streets running in two directions. Wide avenues cross the centre, and at the edges the grid gives way to open land.
The town sits in the cerrado, the savanna of central Brazil, where farmland and pasture spread across gentle terrain. Farming and cattle raising shape the local economy, and the region has also seen large sugarcane plantations. Roads leave the town in long, straight lines that cross the fields toward neighbouring municipalities.
A Rubiataba map poster makes the most of that order. The grid fills the centre like a woven pattern, the main avenues form a clear frame, and rural roads extend outward across the sheet. Small streams and patches of vegetation break up the open land. It is a clean, graphic composition of a planned Brazilian interior town.

Central avenues
Wider avenues cross the grid and mark the centre. They stand out as the stronger lines within the regular street plan.
Cerrado roads
Long rural roads leave the town toward farms and neighbouring municipalities. They run across open land in nearly straight lines.
