Sahiwal Map Poster & Print
This Sahiwal lies in Sargodha District on the Punjab plain. It should not be confused with the larger city of the same name further south-east. It is a place defined by level land. From above, the town appears as a compact core of streets and markets surrounded by farmland, with roads running out in long, straight lines toward neighbouring towns and villages.
Irrigation shapes the landscape around it. Canals and smaller channels cut across the fields in precise lines, and the field boundaries themselves form a fine, repeating pattern around the town. Within the built-up area the streets are denser and less regular, with the main roads framing smaller lanes. The contrast between town and farmland is the essence of the map.
Agriculture has long been central to life in this part of Punjab, where the canal network turned dry land into productive fields. A Sahiwal map poster offers a modest, personal view of a place rarely seen on maps outside Pakistan. For those with roots here, it shows the streets and routes they actually know.

Canal lines
Irrigation canals run across the plain in long, precise lines. Beyond the edge of the town, they form some of the strongest shapes on the map.
Roads across the plain
Main roads leave the town in straight lines. They link it with nearby villages and towns and divide the surrounding fields into large sections.
