Open plain
The flat farmland around the town surrounds it on all sides, and on the poster the empty space emphasises the compact shape of the settlement.

Suluova Map Poster & Print
Suluova lies on a wide, flat plain in Amasya province in northern Anatolia. From above, it is a compact block of streets in the middle of cultivated land. The layout is fairly regular, with main roads running out in straight lines across the fields. The open country around the town gives the map plenty of breathing room.
The plain is an important farming area, and Suluova is known locally for agriculture and livestock. The town also has an industrial side tied to farm produce, including sugar processing. Amasya, the provincial capital with its famous rock tombs above the Yeşilırmak river, is a short drive away, but Suluova itself is a working town of the plains.
A Suluova map poster shows a town that reads almost like a diagram. A dense centre sits in open land, and roads extend as clean lines toward neighbouring settlements. Without hills or a coast to complicate the outline, the arrangement of streets becomes the main subject, and that plainness has a graphic appeal of its own.

Straight approaches
Main roads leave the centre in long, direct lines across the fields, giving the composition a set of strong radiating strokes.
Regular blocks
The core is laid out in fairly even blocks, a tidy, legible pattern that stands out clearly against the surrounding land.
