Tanda Map Poster & Print
Tanda is a town in the Gontougo Region of the Zanzan District, in the east of Ivory Coast, not far from the border with Ghana. On a map it reads as a compact centre where several regional roads meet, with neighbourhoods spreading out from that junction in a loose, irregular grid. Beyond the last houses the land opens into farmland and savanna woodland.
The shape is practical rather than planned. Main roads arrive from different directions and pass through the middle, and the residential streets form blocks of uneven size around them. Some blocks are orderly and rectangular, others follow older paths. At the edges, tracks head out to the fields and smaller villages that depend on the town for markets and services.
A Tanda map poster renders that crossroads town in clean black lines. The meeting of roads at the centre gives the composition a clear focus, and the thinning streets at the edges let the design breathe. For people from the Zanzan region living elsewhere, it is a precise and understated reminder of where they come from.

Irregular block pattern
Residential areas mix fairly regular rectangles with older, angled paths, producing a lively texture when printed in fine lines.
Farmland at the edges
The built area ends quickly, and tracks leading to fields and nearby villages trail off into the white space around the town.

ለምን Tanda
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
A map of Tanda is a way to hold on to a specific place, the streets you walked and the junction everyone knows. It carries more meaning than a regional overview and looks composed and modern on a wall.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be changed, so you can add a family name or a date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the files or have it printed.
