Topki Map Poster & Print
Topki is in Kemerovo Oblast, also called Kuzbass, in western Siberia, and it grew up around the railway. It is an important junction on the West Siberian Railway, and the tracks are the main feature of the map. A wide band of lines, sidings and yards runs through the town and divides the streets into two parts.
The residential quarters on either side follow a mostly regular grid, with blocks of apartment buildings and areas of low wooden houses. The town also has a large cement plant, one of its main employers. Beyond the edges, forest and fields quickly take over.
A Topki map poster suits anyone drawn to railway geography. The dense bundle of tracks makes a strong, technical line across the sheet, and the modest grid on both sides balances it. It is a straightforward, honest portrait of a Siberian town that exists because of the railway.

Divided grid
Residential streets are laid out in regular blocks on both sides of the railway, connected by a few crossings. The pattern shows how the tracks shaped the town.
Siberian margins
Forest, fields and small lakes lie just outside the built-up area. On the poster they form an open border that makes the railway's line even clearer.

ለምን Topki
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
Topki suits railway workers and their families, people from Kuzbass who have moved away, and anyone who enjoys the graphic look of rail yards. It is an uncommon subject for wall art, and that is part of its appeal.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and Cyrillic works well for the name. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the technical feel of the tracks.
