Wachtberg Map Poster & Print
Wachtberg lies just south of Bonn, in the gently rolling country of the Drachenfelser Ländchen. It has no single centre. Instead it is made up of a dozen or so villages, each with its own small core, connected by country roads that run across fields, orchards and patches of woodland.
From above, the map reads like a constellation. Compact village clusters are spaced across open farmland, joined by lanes that curve with the land. On the edge toward the Rhine rises the Rodderberg, an extinct volcano. Wachtberg is also known for the large white radar dome of a Fraunhofer research institute, visible across the surrounding countryside.
A Wachtberg map poster shows a quite different pattern from the city nearby. Instead of dense streets there are separate villages, each a small knot of lanes, set in a wide pattern of field boundaries and roads. It suits anyone who knows this green edge of the Bonn region.

Rodderberg
The extinct volcano on the side facing the Rhine forms a rounded, open area, a notable natural landmark on the northeastern edge.
Field and orchard lanes
Country roads and field boundaries run between the villages, giving the map a fine, open texture of rural Rhineland farmland.

ለምን Wachtberg
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
Wachtberg attracts families who want the countryside with Bonn close by, and many diplomats and researchers have lived here. A map of its villages marks a home, a posting or a childhood in the hills above the Rhine.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps naming a particular village. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper gives the rural layout the look of an old survey map.
