Yahotyn Map Poster & Print
Yahotyn lies in the east of Kyiv Oblast, on the flat lowland east of the Dnipro. The most striking feature on its map is the large pond formed on the Supiy River, a long body of water that runs past the town and gives it a clear, calm edge. Streets spread from its shore in a mostly regular pattern of blocks and long garden plots.
The town has a long history as an estate town. In the 19th century the Repnin family's manor stood here, and the poet Taras Shevchenko stayed with them in 1843, a visit remembered in local history. Parts of the former estate grounds remain as green space near the water.
A Yahotyn map poster is shaped by the balance between water and town. The wide pond and the marshy river valley fill part of the frame with open space, while the streets on the other side provide detail and structure. The flat surrounding land adds a quiet pattern of fields and roads at the edges.

Estate grounds
Green areas near the water mark the former manor grounds, where the regular street grid softens into park paths and trees.
Garden plots
Residential streets are lined with deep plots and gardens, creating a fine, even texture that spreads outward toward the surrounding fields.
