Highway spine
A main road crosses the town and links it to Belém. On the map it is the clearest line, and most of the street network hangs off it.

Benevides Map Poster & Print
Benevides sits on the eastern side of the Belém metropolitan area in Pará, where the city gives way to tropical forest and farmland. Seen from above, the town is organised around a main highway corridor. Blocks of low houses branch off it on both sides, and patches of woodland and winding streams push in between the built-up areas.
The street pattern tells the story of a place that grew step by step. A more regular core runs near the main road, and newer neighbourhoods spread outward in shorter, less planned grids. On a map the edges are soft. Streets thin out into tracks and then into open green space, which gives the drawing an unfinished, organic look.
A Benevides map poster shows this balance between town and forest in simple black lines on white. The highway reads as a strong spine and the side streets as fine branches. Where the streams wind through the empty spaces, the sheet gets a natural rhythm that suits a quiet, minimal wall.

Forest streams
Small waterways meander through the undeveloped land between neighbourhoods. They add curving lines that stand out against the straighter residential grids.
Soft outer edges
Towards the edges, streets fade into scattered tracks and green space. The town seems to dissolve into the surrounding landscape.
