Arterial road frame
Wide, straight roads run along the edges and through the middle of the area, splitting it into distinct residential pockets that read clearly as larger shapes on the map.

Ives Estates Map Poster & Print
Ives Estates is a census-designated place in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, close to where the county meets Broward. From above it looks like much of South Florida's postwar suburbia: blocks of single-family streets, some laid out in straight rows and others bending into loops and cul-de-sacs, all framed by wider arterial roads that carry traffic north toward Fort Lauderdale and south toward Miami.
The name is shared with Ives Dairy Road, a reminder that this flat coastal land was farmed before it was divided into house lots. On a map there is little trace of that farming past. What you see is the pattern that replaced it, with small parcels, short streets and a regular spacing of intersections. The coast is only a few miles to the east, but here the land is inland, level and built up almost edge to edge.
An Ives Estates map poster keeps that fine-grained street pattern in plain black lines on white. At poster scale, the difference between the long arterials and the looping side streets becomes the main design, and the eye can follow individual blocks. Ives Estates has no downtown or waterfront skyline to anchor the image, so the drawing takes its interest from the rhythm of neighbourhood streets.

Looping residential streets
Inside those pockets, many streets curve, loop and end in cul-de-sacs, a typical South Florida subdivision layout that adds soft, rounded lines to the otherwise rectilinear grid.
County line setting
Ives Estates sits at the northern limit of Miami-Dade, so a wider crop shows the continuous suburban fabric flowing across the boundary into Broward County without a visible break.

Məna daşıyan xəritə
For people who grew up here or bought their first home on one of these streets, a map of Ives Estates is a personal record rather than a tourist souvenir. It marks a specific corner of greater Miami that rarely appears on postcards but is known street by street to the people who live there.
The poster can carry your own title, a subtitle such as a family name or move-in date, and a coordinates line. It comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. You can order HD digital files for $9 or a printed poster on matte paper, framed if you like.
