Castle hill
East of the centre, the hill rises sharply, with only a few paths winding up to the fortress, creating a strong empty shape against the street network below.

Lezhë Map Poster & Print
Lezhë lies in northwestern Albania, where the Drin reaches the coastal plain a few kilometres before the Adriatic. On a map, a steep hill rises on the eastern side of town, crowned by a castle, and the streets spread across the flat land below it. Toward the west the plain opens out to wetlands, lagoons and the coast at Shëngjin, while the main road north to Shkodër passes nearby.
The town has an important place in Albanian history. In 1444 Skanderbeg brought together the Albanian nobles here in the League of Lezhë, and his memorial stands within the ruined Church of Saint Nicholas in the centre of town, where he was buried. The castle above has foundations that date back to the ancient settlement of Lissus, one of the oldest in the region.
A Lezhë map poster shows the compact town between the castle hill and the wide plain, with the river and the roads running across it. The difference between steep ground and flat land gives the design a clear structure. It is a small town, but it carries a large place in the country's history, and the map is a quiet way to honour that.

River and plain
The Drin and its channels cross the low ground toward the sea, and the fields and wetlands around them give the western side of the map a softer, open texture.
Historic centre
In the middle of town, streets gather around the ruined church that holds Skanderbeg's memorial, making the historic core a small but clear focus of the map.

Niyə Lezhë
Məna daşıyan xəritə
For Albanians at home or abroad, Lezhë is linked to the story of Skanderbeg and to the idea of national unity. A map of it makes a meaningful gift for a family with roots in the north, or for anyone who has visited the castle and the coast.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a name, a date or a line in Albanian. There are five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, so the poster can match a modern or traditional room.
