Oued Fodda Map Poster & Print
Oued Fodda lies in Chlef Province in northern Algeria, in the broad agricultural valley of the Chelif. The town takes its name from the river that passes nearby, the Oued Fodda, which comes down from the Ouarsenis mountains to the south before joining the Chelif. On the map, the town appears as a modest grid of streets surrounded by open farmland and orchards.
The river is what gives the composition its movement. Its course cuts across the flat plain in loose curves, a contrast to the straighter lines of roads and field boundaries. Upstream, in the hills, the river was dammed during the colonial period to store water for irrigation, a reminder of how closely life in this valley has always depended on it.
An Oued Fodda map poster reduces all of this to line and space. The street pattern of the town, the main roads running east and west along the valley, and the winding river become a clean black-and-white drawing. It suits anyone who knows the Chelif region and wants a restrained, personal image of it.

Valley road axis
Main routes follow the Chelif valley from east to west, and on the poster they appear as confident lines tying the town to its neighbours along the plain.
Farmland margins
Beyond the last blocks the built area gives way to cultivated parcels, so the town sits clearly defined within a quiet pattern of fields.
