Sooke Map Poster & Print
Sooke lies on the southern shore of Vancouver Island, west of Victoria, where the land meets the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The map is shaped by water. Sooke Harbour and the wider Sooke Basin behind it form a large, enclosed inlet, and the town spreads along its northern and eastern shores, with forested hills rising inland.
The most striking line on the map is Whiffin Spit, a narrow finger of land that nearly closes the harbour mouth. Highway 14, the West Coast Road, runs through the town and continues toward the rugged coastline beyond, while the Sooke River comes down from the north to meet the basin, passing the well-known rock pools of the Sooke Potholes upstream.
A Sooke map poster is mostly about edges: shoreline, spit, river and road. Streets are relatively few, so the coastline carries the design. In a single print you get the calm of the basin, the thin curve of the spit and the open strait beyond, a clear portrait of a town that looks toward the sea.

Sooke Basin
Behind the harbour, the broad basin forms a large, calm body of water edged by coves and points, taking up much of the poster and framing the town.
West Coast Road
Highway 14 runs through Sooke as the main route west along the island's southern coast, a single strong line linking the town to the wilder shoreline beyond.

Niyə Sooke
Məna daşıyan xəritə
Sooke draws people who want to live close to water and forest, and many come back year after year for the trails and beaches. A map of the harbour and spit is a quiet reminder of that coast in a city apartment or a cabin.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a date or a family name, and the coordinates of your favourite beach. The Blueprint and Sand styles suit the coastline well, alongside Classic black and white, Noir and Paper.
