Thiene Map Poster & Print
Thiene lies in the province of Vicenza, where the Venetian plain meets the first slopes rising toward the Asiago plateau. The historic centre is compact and irregular, with the main square and the fifteenth-century Castello di Thiene at the heart of the old town. On the map, newer districts spread out in a looser pattern on every side.
The town has long been an industrial and commercial centre for the upper Vicentino, with a tradition in textiles and manufacturing. Its position made it a natural crossroads, and several main roads meet here, coming from the plain and from the valleys to the north, where the mountains rise not far away.
A Thiene map poster captures the concentric logic of a Veneto market town: a dense core, roads converging on it, and residential and industrial areas beyond. On a large sheet, the contrast between the old centre and the rising ground at the top of the frame gives the composition a pleasing sense of depth.

Converging roads
Main roads arrive from several directions and meet near the centre, forming a star-like pattern across the surrounding plain.
Edge of the mountains
To the north the land begins to rise toward the plateau, and the street pattern thins as roads follow the first slopes.

Niyə Thiene
Məna daşıyan xəritə
Thiene is a working town with deep local roots, the kind of place people stay loyal to long after moving away. A poster of its streets, with the castle at the centre and the mountains at the edge, is a precise and understated way to show where you come from.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family name and a founding year, and edit the coordinates line. Noir and Classic black & white bring out the dense centre. Download six sizes including A3 and A2 for $9, or order a framed print.
