Marmara shoreline
The Sea of Marmara runs along Yakuplu's southern edge. It is a clean, open line against the closely built districts that crowd right up to the coast.

Yakuplu Map Poster & Print
Yakuplu is in Beylikdüzü, on the western side of Istanbul, along the northern shore of the Sea of Marmara. From above it is closely built up: apartment blocks, local streets and main roads packed together, then a clear shoreline where the city meets the water. It is a long way from the historic peninsula and belongs to the outer ring of the city that grew in recent decades.
That growth shows in the map. Streets are arranged more regularly than in Istanbul's old districts, with larger blocks and wide roads connecting to the motorways that run across the western suburbs. A Yakuplu map poster sets this dense, modern pattern against the long, calm line of the coast.
Printed without colour, the neighbourhood becomes a study in density and edges. Tight blocks fill most of the frame, and the sea opens up to the south. People who live there will find the coast road and the familiar main streets straight away.

Modern block pattern
The neighbourhood's larger, more regular blocks reflect how recently western Istanbul expanded. They look very different from the winding lanes of the historic city.
Arterial connections
Wide roads run inland to the motorways crossing the European side. They link Yakuplu to the rest of the city and break the dense grid into sections.

Niyə Yakuplu
Məna daşıyan xəritə
For residents of western Istanbul, Yakuplu is a specific part of a huge city: a home by the sea, well away from the centre. A map of it is personal in a way a skyline print usually is not.
You can change the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. It comes as a $9 HD download with six print sizes, or as a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
