Delmas Map Poster & Print
Delmas is one of the communes of the Port-au-Prince metropolitan area, lying between the capital's lower districts and the hills that rise toward Pétion-Ville. On the map, it is a closely packed urban area in which small blocks and short lanes fill almost every available space.
Its best-known feature is the long Route de Delmas, which runs uphill through the commune. The side streets branching off it are numbered as Delmas plus a figure, a system every local uses for directions.
