Fillmore Map Poster & Print
Fillmore lies in Ventura County, in the Santa Clara River Valley between the coast and the mountains. From above, the town is a neat grid of streets on the valley floor, bordered by the broad, braided bed of the Santa Clara River to the south and by rugged hills to the north. Sespe Creek comes down from the mountains and joins the river nearby.
Around the streets, rows of citrus and avocado orchards form a fine pattern of parallel lines that has long defined the valley. Fillmore has kept its small historic downtown, and the railway through town is home to a heritage line whose trains and old depot have appeared in many films and commercials.
A Fillmore map poster shows the contrast between the ordered town grid, the soft lines of orchards and the wide, open shape of the riverbed.
