Pedro do Rosário is a municipality in the interior of Maranhão, in northeastern Brazil. From above, its urban area is small and simple: a handful of streets laid out in a loose grid, with the town surrounded by open countryside that fills most of the map.
The centre is organised around a few main streets, with houses lining them and smaller lanes connecting them.
