Rose Hill is an unincorporated community in Fairfax County, Virginia, just south of the Capital Beltway and a short distance from Alexandria. On a map it looks like a classic postwar suburb: curving streets, loops and cul-de-sacs laid across gently rolling ground, with houses on generous lots among mature trees.
