Sikka Map Poster & Print
Sikka is on the Gulf of Kutch coast in Gujarat's Jamnagar district. From above, the coastline is its main feature: an irregular shore cut by creeks and tidal flats, with the open gulf to the north. The town itself is fairly compact. Roads run inland from the waterfront toward the dry plains of Saurashtra.
The area is known for heavy industry. A cement works has stood at Sikka for decades, and the nearby coast handles shipments for the large refineries around Jamnagar.
