Yaoji Map Poster & Print
Yaoji lies southeast of Xuzhou in the far north of Jiangsu, on the broad lowland that stretches toward Shandong and Anhui. There is almost no relief here, so the map is shaped by human geometry: roads laid out in straight runs, a compact town centre, and villages scattered at regular intervals across the surrounding farmland.
The plain has been farmed for a very long time, and the result is visible from above as a patchwork of rectangular plots divided by ditches and field lanes.
