Djidiouia Map Poster & Print
Djidiouia is in Relizane Province in north-western Algeria, on the broad agricultural plain of the Chelif, the country's longest river. The town takes its name from the Oued Djidiouia, a tributary that flows down from the hills to the south. On the map, the built-up area is compact, and its regular street pattern stands out against the open farmland.
The grid at the heart of the town dates from the colonial period, when it was known as Saint-Aimé, and it gives the centre a tidy, rectangular structure. Newer neighbourhoods have grown outward in looser blocks, and main roads cross the plain toward Relizane and the other towns of the valley.
The surrounding land is given over to agriculture, divided into orchards, cereal fields and irrigated plots, with low hills rising toward the south. A Djidiouia map poster captures that agricultural order. Field boundaries, the winding line of the wadi and the compact town grid form a balanced, understated composition on a single sheet.

Oued Djidiouia
The wadi that gives the town its name winds past the built-up area, adding an irregular natural line to an otherwise geometric map.
Chelif plain fields
Beyond the town, farm plots and orchards divide the flat plain into a patchwork of shapes that fills the frame with quiet detail.
