Märsta Map Poster & Print
Märsta is the main town of Sigtuna Municipality, north of Stockholm. Its map is organised around the railway. The station lies near the centre, and the town's shopping streets and residential areas spread out on both sides. At the edges the neighbourhoods fade into forest and open fields.
Much of Märsta was built in the second half of the twentieth century. Its layout reflects the Swedish planning of that era, with distinct neighbourhoods separated by green space, footpaths, curving access roads and blocks of flats among the trees. On a map those neighbourhoods look like separate clusters linked by thin lines.
Stockholm Arlanda Airport lies just to the west, and its long runways are hard to miss when the frame is extended. The historic town of Sigtuna sits a short distance away on Lake Mälaren. A Märsta map poster shows a modern town between an international airport, farmland and one of Sweden's oldest towns.

Green neighbourhoods
Residential areas are set among trees and open space with curving roads and paths. On the poster they form separate islands of detail surrounded by white space.
Arlanda nearby
The airport's long straight runways lie to the west. In a wider view they add bold geometric lines that no other town in the region can match.
