Concepción Bay shoreline
The coast curves in a long arc along the western edge of the map, broken by small coves and beaches that give the shoreline a gently scalloped outline.

Tomé Map Poster & Print
Tomé lies on the northeastern shore of Concepción Bay in the Biobío Region, where coastal hills drop steeply toward the water. On a map the town stretches in a narrow band along the shore, its streets forced into long parallel lines by the slopes behind, with smaller neighbourhoods tucked into the valleys and coves.
The town is closely linked to Chile's textile history, with its woollen mills long shaping local life and employment. The wider commune also includes coastal communities such as Dichato, and a series of beaches and small bays line the shoreline, each drawn as a soft notch in the coast.
A Tomé map poster shows the bay's broad sweep, the thin ribbon of settlement along it and the winding roads that climb into the hills. The emptiness of the Pacific on one side and the folded terrain on the other give the composition a strong, quiet balance.

Hill-bound street pattern
Steep slopes behind the town keep streets running roughly parallel to the water, while short connectors and switchback roads climb inland toward upper neighbourhoods.
Coastal road links
Roads following the shore connect Tomé with neighbouring coves and towns, tracing the coastline closely and repeating its curves across the sheet.
