Akbarpur Map Poster & Print
Akbarpur is the headquarters of Ambedkar Nagar district in eastern Uttar Pradesh, on the flat plains of the Ganges basin. The Tamsa river winds past the town, and on a map its loops make a strong natural line against the dense, irregular streets of the centre.
The older market area is tightly packed, with narrow lanes leading off a few main roads. Newer neighbourhoods and district offices spread outward in a looser pattern, and a railway line passes through the town, linking it to the wider region.
Around the town, the land is almost entirely farmland, divided into small fields and dotted with villages. An Akbarpur map poster shows a typical north Indian district town, shaped by its river, its main roads and the plains around it.

Market lanes

Farmland villages
Small fields and scattered villages surround the town, giving the edges of the poster a fine, even texture.
