The town's streets gather into a tight core. This gives the poster a clear focal point amid the open land that surrounds it on all sides.

‘Anbarābād Map Poster & Print
‘Anbarābād sits in the southern part of Kerman province, in a low, warm basin well below the high plateau around the provincial capital. It is the administrative centre of its own county. On a map it appears as a clear cluster of streets surrounded by an irregular mosaic of fields, orchards and farm tracks that spreads across the flat ground in every direction.
Farming shapes this part of Kerman, and the outlines of cultivated plots are part of what makes the map interesting. Straight field boundaries, water channels and small roads give the land around the town a fine, almost woven texture. Further out the terrain gradually becomes emptier, and the mountains that frame the region appear in the distance.
An ‘Anbarābād map poster works as a study in contrast between the compact town and the patterned farmland that sustains it. It is a modest place, and the print treats it that way: clean, precise and without decoration. The lines of the streets and fields carry the whole design.

Farmland mosaic
Around the town, field edges and farm roads form a patterned ring. It adds texture and detail to the outer parts of the composition.
Open basin
The broad, flat terrain of southern Kerman leaves plenty of calm space on the map, so the town's outline stands out clearly against its surroundings.
