Bihāt Map Poster & Print
Bihāt lies in the Begusarai district of Bihar, on the broad, flat Gangetic plain north of the Ganges. From above, the town is a close network of lanes and small plots, shaped by gradual growth rather than planning. Main roads connect it with Begusarai and the neighbouring industrial area of Barauni.
The land around Bihāt is intensively farmed, and the fields form a fine patchwork of small parcels, with ponds and water channels among them. The river, not far to the south, shapes the region's life through floods, fertile soil and trade.
A Bihāt map poster shows a dense, organic town set among fields on one of the world's great river plains. Without landmarks or labels, the pattern of lanes and parcels on its own says a lot about how people live here.

Regional roads
Roads link Bihāt with Begusarai and Barauni. They cross the flat plain in clear lines that give the composition structure.
