The town is built on an even grid of rectangular blocks. The layout reads cleanly in black and white and gives the poster a calm, orderly rhythm.

Cândido Mota Map Poster & Print
Cândido Mota is a farming town in the west of São Paulo state, close to Assis, in a landscape of broad, gently rolling fields. From above, the town is a regular checkerboard of blocks, the kind of planned layout common to settlements founded as agriculture pushed west across the state. The streets run straight and evenly spaced, and the fields come right up to the edge of town.
Large cultivated plots dominate the surrounding countryside, and their boundaries form a second geometry beyond the urban grid. Sugarcane, soy and corn are typical crops here. Rural roads and highways run between the plots in long straight stretches, and small streams cut through the farmland in green threads on their way to the Paranapanema River to the south.
A Cândido Mota map poster shows how clear that plan is: the square blocks, the central avenues, the neat line between town and field. It appeals to people who grew up in the region, to families connected to its farms, and to anyone who likes the order of a Brazilian interior town seen from the air.

Field geometry
Outside town, large agricultural plots form their own pattern of straight edges and long rural roads, framing the urban area with a looser, larger grid.
Stream corridors
Small watercourses wind through the farmland, often lined with strips of vegetation. They are the only curved lines in an otherwise rectilinear landscape.
