Checkerboard centre
The central streets form a regular grid of square blocks. On the poster this geometry is the strongest visual element, even and well-proportioned from one side to the other.

Catanduva Map Poster & Print
Catanduva sits in the north-west of São Paulo state, on the gently rolling plateau that covers much of the interior. Like many towns in the region, it was laid out on a regular grid: straight streets, square blocks and a central area organised around a main square. From above, the pattern is clear and consistent.
The surrounding countryside is agricultural, with large fields that show up on the map as broad, open areas beyond the edge of town. Highways and a railway connect Catanduva with São José do Rio Preto and the rest of the state, and they define the main lines leading out of the urban area.
A Catanduva map poster emphasises this order. The grid fills the centre of the frame, its lines interrupted only by streams, highways and the occasional park. In black and white, the result is calm, geometric and highly legible, a good fit for a clean, modern interior.

Highways and rail
Major roads and a railway pass through or around the town. Their long lines break the grid and point outward towards other cities in the interior.
Rural edges
Where the streets end, the land opens into wide agricultural fields. The contrast between dense town and open countryside frames the map neatly.
