Danshui Map Poster & Print
Danshui, also written Tamsui, sits at the mouth of the Tamsui River, where it meets the Taiwan Strait on the northern edge of the Taipei area. The map is framed by water: the broad river estuary to the south, the sea to the west, and green hills rising behind.
The town's history is written into its riverside. Fort San Domingo, first built by the Spanish in the seventeenth century and later used by the Dutch and British, still overlooks the water. Across the river rises Guanyin Mountain.
A Danshui map poster shows the old streets hugging the riverbank, newer districts climbing the hills, and the fisherman's wharf at the river mouth. The town is the northern end of the Taipei Metro's red line, a popular destination for sunset walks.

དོན་དག་ཡོད་པའི་ས་ཁྲ།
Danshui is where many Taipei residents go to watch the sunset over the water, and the map brings back that feeling. It also suits anyone who studied or lived there among the old streets and hills.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, and choose one of five styles. Blueprint suits the estuary, Paper feels quieter. Download the HD files for $9 or order a matte print with an optional frame.
