Dense lanes
Narrow lanes and closely spaced buildings form a fine, intricate pattern at the heart of the settlement, giving the poster its darkest and most detailed area.

Dyāne Map Poster & Print
Dyāne lies in Nashik district in northern Maharashtra, right beside the city of Malegaon. On a map, the two form one continuous built-up area: Dyāne's streets merge with the wider urban fabric on one side and open onto farmland on the other. The land is broad and mostly flat, part of the Deccan plateau, with low hills in the wider region.
The street pattern is dense and irregular, with narrow lanes and closely packed houses near the core and roomier plots toward the edges. The surrounding area is known for its powerloom textile industry, centred on Malegaon. A Dyāne map poster shows the tightly woven residential lanes and the looser network of roads leading out to the fields.
Because Dyāne sits where city meets countryside, the map has a clear gradient: dense texture in one part and open space and field tracks elsewhere. In black and white, it becomes a study of how a settlement grows outward, block by block, from an older core into the land around it.

Edge of Malegaon
Dyāne merges with Malegaon, so streets continue across the boundary without a break. On the poster the transition is gradual, with no clear line where one ends and the other begins.
Farmland tracks
Fields surround the built-up area on its open sides. Thin field tracks and rural roads run outward, giving the margins of the map a light, open texture.
