Colonial core
The older centre, with its churches and convents, appears as a tighter, more irregular street pattern than the surrounding districts.

Goiana Map Poster & Print
Goiana lies in the north of Pernambuco, near the border with Paraíba, on the plain between the Atlantic coast and the inland hills. From above, a compact older centre is surrounded by newer neighbourhoods, while rivers and wetland areas wind through the land toward the sea. Main roads link the town with Recife to the south and João Pessoa to the north.
It is one of the oldest towns in the region, and its colonial churches and convents recall the period of the sugar economy. In the 2010s Goiana gained a large automotive plant, which brought new roads, industrial areas and housing. The map shows both stories: an old, irregular core and the large, geometric forms of modern industry.
A Goiana map poster captures a town in transition, where history and industry sit side by side. The meandering rivers soften the composition. The newer roads and industrial blocks add strong, straight lines. It is a map with character, suited to anyone with ties to this corner of north-eastern Brazil.

River plain

Industrial zone
Large new industrial sites and access roads form bold geometric shapes on the edge of town, recording its recent growth.

For families from Goiana and people who work in its factories, the map records a place that has changed noticeably in a short time. It makes a meaningful gift for someone who has left the town or recently arrived.
Personalise the title and subtitle, for example with a neighbourhood and a date, and keep the coordinates. Then pick one of the five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand works well with the tropical coast.
