Hodal Map Poster & Print
Hodal is in Palwal district in southern Haryana, close to the Uttar Pradesh border. The town lies next to the main highway that runs between Delhi and Mathura. On a map, that road is the clearest line in the frame, running past a compact grid of lanes and markets.
The land around Hodal is flat and farmed intensively. Fields stretch in every direction, divided into small parcels and crossed by village roads and irrigation channels. The town stands out as a small, dense patch in this open grid of fields.
Hodal is on the edge of the Braj region, the country linked with Krishna, and pilgrims travelling toward Mathura and Vrindavan pass along the same highway. A Hodal map poster shows that position, a compact market town on one of northern India's oldest routes.
