Holt Map Poster & Print
Holt is an unincorporated community in Delhi Township, Ingham County, just south of Lansing. From above it follows the classic Midwestern survey pattern. Straight roads divide the land into mile squares, and within them winding subdivision streets, school campuses and parks fill in the spaces. Farmland remains at the edges.
The layout reflects the way Holt grew, from a rural crossroads into a residential suburb for families working in and around Lansing. Creeks and wooded strips cut across the grid at angles. The state capital and Michigan State University are a short drive away, which has shaped the area's growth over recent decades.
A Holt map poster shows the tension between the straight section-line roads and the curving streets of the neighbourhoods. The result is ordered but not rigid, with pockets of green space and water softening the lines. It is a good fit for families who grew up here and for anyone who has moved to Holt.

Curving subdivisions
Within the grid, residential streets loop and branch into cul-de-sacs, creating softer patterns that contrast with the main roads.
Creeks and green strips
Streams and wooded corridors cut across the regular pattern at an angle, adding natural lines that break up the suburban layout.

Holt is a hometown for many families in the Lansing area, and a poster of it makes a good gift for graduations, first homes or a move away. The grid gives it an orderly, modern appearance.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a street name or a family date, and keep or edit the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint emphasises the precision of the survey grid.
